Mama Paca is a keen cook and likes nothing better than baking, preserving and cooking for the deli in Papa Paca’s greengrocers, as well as at home with Poppy Paca. Lots of the produce comes from Grandpa Paca’s allotment, and from the hedgerows and local markets.

‘As long as it’s not travelled miles to get here and is seasonal, that’s alright with me,’ is Mama’s motto. We hope you will enjoy trying out our recipes.  Please let us know if you do!
